Menádok Budai Chardonnay

Semi dry white wine | 2017

Developed by the so called „Sur lie” and battonage technologies, this means that the wine was kept on lees and it went through a lees stirring process. The result is a complex and unique wine with great potential. The ripe fruity and spicy nose coming from the late harvest is completed by the scents from barrel ageing. Nice creamy aromas and long finish. Perfect with mixed grill or thick soups.
